Detached ADU, ground-up build
A detached accessory dwelling unit built from the ground up. We started with new footings and underground utilities, framed and sheathed the structure, then finished the interior end to end: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living area, and in-unit laundry.
Every photo here is from this build, in order, from the first concrete pour through the finished rooms. Permits, inspections, and final sign-off were handled as part of the job.
